Next Step of West Michigan offers a 7-week Woodwork Training Program to individuals in our community experiencing barriers to skills training and employment. Participants learn new technical skills, sharpen life skills, build resumes, and find meaningful work with partnering employers. Next Step’s training also offers a safe space to discuss housing and transportation challenges, spiritual and emotional needs, and the chance to pray for one another.
